We are excited to announce the launch of our new NSPIRE-V (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate–Voucher) platform, a streamlined system designed to enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of inspections for our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs.
Effective October 1, 2025, this transition aligns with updated HUD regulations and reflects our commitment to ensuring safe, decent, and high-quality housing for all voucher participants.
Accepting Applications for the Longmont Housing Authority Advisory Board
The Longmont City's Clerks office is recruiting to fill a vacancy for the Longmont Housing Authority Advisory Board
The Longmont Housing Authority Advisory Board (LHAAB) advises the Longmont Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. The Longmont City Council shall ex-officio be appointed commissioners for the Longmont Housing Authority.
The LHAAB was formed in January of 2021 and replaced the Longmont Housing Authority Board when the oversight of the LHA came under the purview of the City of Longmont. The new LHA Advisory Board consists of seven (7) advisory board members appointed to serve staggered three (3) year terms. Members are appointed by the Longmont Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
The Chairperson is elected for a one-year term by the board.
The purpose of the Longmont Housing Authority is to provide a broad range of safe, decent, affordable housing and services to income qualified households in the Longmont Community.
