This community features 81 fully furnished one-bedroom and studio apartments designed to provide a safe, comfortable living environment with access to essential support services.All units operate under project-based vouchers funded by the State of Colorado-Mental Health Partners and the Longmont Housing Authority.  This partnership ensures that residents not only have access to stable housing but also receive the supportive services necessary to address health, wellness, and long-term housing stability.

Suites Supportive Housing

Zinnia is a newly constructed, four-story apartment community in Longmont, Colorado, purpose-built to provide permanent supportive housing for individuals exiting homelessness. The 39,500-square-foot building features 55 one-bedroom units alongside a suite of on-site amenities and services designed to support long-term stability, independence, and dignity.
