Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants must earn an annual gross household income equal to or less than the designated income limit for the properties on this site and earn approximately two times the monthly rent amount or participate in a subsidy program (i.e. Section 8).

Rent amounts vary by property.

Restricted to 62 years and older:

• The Lodge at Hover Crossing

• The Hearthstone at Hover Crossing

• Village on Main Apartments

Restricted to 55 years and older:​

• Spring Creek Apartments

Applicants ages 18+ must pass background screenings that include criminal screening, sex offender screening, debts owed to landlords or housing providers, and rental history. 

 

Applicants may be denied residency if their criminal background includes any felonies, violent or drug-related misdemeanors, or a pattern of criminal behavior within the last five years.
