General Laborers/Carpenters Needed


Krische Construction is seeking laborers for a construction site in Longmont (Fall River Senior Apartments).

Day to day duties may include construction site clean-up, moving of materials, miscellaneous carpentry work, assistance in building structures, demolition, tree/debris removal, assist construction project manager and superintendent, dig trenches, operate laser guidance equipment, operate air, electric, and pneumatic drills, and operate machinery.

Qualifications include must be at least 18 years of age, must have a valid driver’s license, be physically fit to perform the work, ability to communicate information, ideas, directions and capability to perform the task or project discussed, ability to perform each duty satisfactorily and with the utmost regard for safety. A pre-employment drug screening and background check are required. Six months or more construction experienced is desired. Basic tools are required for this job. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work a 40-hour work week, and have transportation to the job site.
