for year 2017 Administrative Plan Revisions
Public Notice is hereby given that beginning July 1, 2017, through August 14, 2017, at 12:00 pm; Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) will display for public review and comments a copy of policy changes and revisions to the LHA Administrative Plan. Locations for review will be at LHA’s Office 1228 Main St., Longmont, CO, 80501, and the LHA website: .
Comments on the agency’s policy changes and revisions may be submitted in writing to Longmont Housing Authority, 1228 Main St., Longmont, CO, 80501; Attention: Marcia Miller, Housing Program Manager, or Krystal Winship Erazo, Director of Operations, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org . Comments must be received by Monday, August 14, 2017, by 12:00 pm. All comments will be reviewed prior to LHA Board of Commissioners (BOC) meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 8:30 am.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires Public Housing Agencies to establish policies for carrying out the Housing Choice Voucher programs in a manner consistent with the HUD requirements and regulations (Code of Federal Regulations). The enclosed changes/revisions to the LHA Administrative Policy are in compliance with the current HUD regulations and requirements and are to be effective September 1, 2017. LHA’s annual Public Hearing will be held at 8:30 am on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 1228 Main St., Longmont, CO, 80501.
